Base Callout Fee & Travel Charges
Base On-Site Drone Piloting Fee: $300 – This flat fee covers mobilization to the site, drone setup, and the first flight session (regardless of project size or duration).
Travel Surcharge: $75 per 100 km from Melbourne – To account for jobs outside the Melbourne area, add approximately $75 for every 100 km traveled beyond the metro region.
Orthomosaic Map (GeoTIFF/JPEG)
Starting $100 (per map)
High-resolution aerial orthophoto stitched from all drone images, georeferenced for accurate measurements. Ideal as an up-to-date map of the site.
Volume Calculation Report (PDF/CSV)
Starting $100 (per site)
Stockpile volume analysis with calculations of quantities (cut/fill or stockpile volumes) presented in a report. Includes tables or CSV data.
Contour Map / DEM (DXF/SHP files)
Starting $150 (per site)
Generated contour lines (e.g. 0.5m or 1m intervals) and/or a digital elevation model of the terrain. Delivered in CAD/GIS format for engineering use.
3D Point Cloud (LAS/LAZ)
Starting $100 (per site)
Dense point cloud of the area capturing X, Y, Z coordinates of features. Useful for detailed analysis and as-built records.
Textured 3D Mesh Model (OBJ/FBX)
Starting $300+ (simple sites)
A full 3D model of the site or structure with photo-realistic texture. Allows viewers to inspect the site in 3D. Price can vary based on complexity (number of structures, level of detail).
Topographic Site Plan (DWG/PDF)
Starting $300+ (depends on scope)
A 2D CAD drawing derived from the photogrammetry data, showing key features, spot elevations, and site layout. Useful for engineers/architects as a base plan. Includes basic drafting.
Inspection Photo Set (JPEG/PDF)
Starting $100 (for a house roof)
A set of high-resolution inspection photographs for roofs, facades, or structures. Includes an overview PDF report with annotated images marking any observed issues.
Inspection Video (MP4 clip)
Starting $100 (per clip)
A short aerial video (~1–2 minutes) highlighting site conditions or providing a roof/facade overview. Typically an add-on to the photo set for visual inspections.
